I am an only child.  When picturing life as an adult, being surrounded by children wasn’t something I envisioned. Having 2 or 4 children was my plan…not three as I had heard about “middle” children and wanted to avoid possible traumatization.

On May 28, 1999, shortly after my 30th birthday, I met my husband (again). We realized early on that we must have met before as I graduated high school with his sister and on at least one occasion had gone to his house and played. He is a wonderful man. In fact, I thought so highly of him that despite the fact that he already had four children, I figured as long as he didn’t mind having more we should continue to spend time together. And so we did…

So now, our little family of three boys (31, 26, & 24) and four girls (30, 15, 14 & 6), a daughter-in-law, 3 fiancés, 4 grandsons (7, 7, 5, 1 month), a granddaughter (3), not to mention mother- and father- in-laws, is still growing. Check in here to see the latest.
